General Terms & Conditions 2
By registering and/or using the services of QR Tour & Travel, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below:
1. Registration and Payment
- Registration is considered valid once the participant completes the registration form accurately and makes the payment according to the applicable provisions (Down Payment or full payment).
- Package prices are subject to change at any time before the Down Payment is made, particularly due to changes in ticket prices, accommodation costs, or currency exchange rates.
- Full payment must be made within the timeframe specified by QR Tour & Travel. Late payments may result in the cancellation of participation without a refund of the Down Payment.
- Payment methods will be informed after the initial registration process.
2. Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations by Participants:
- Cancellations made by participants are subject to cancellation fees as specified in each trip's details.
- The Down Payment (DP) is generally non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for services not used by participants during the trip for personal reasons.
- Cancellations or Changes by QR Tour & Travel:
- QR Tour & Travel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability) or if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- In the event of cancellation by QR Tour & Travel for reasons other than force majeure, paid funds will be fully refunded or transferred to another trip upon agreement.
- QR Tour & Travel reserves the right to change itineraries, accommodations, or transportation to those of an equivalent standard without prior notice if field conditions require it.
3. Travel Documents
- Participants are fully responsible for the possession and validity of necessary travel documents (ID card, Passport, Visa, etc.).
- QR Tour & Travel is not responsible for entry denials or deportations by destination country immigration authorities due to participant document issues.
4. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. Loss or damage to personal items during the trip is not the responsibility of QR Tour & Travel.
- Participants are expected to maintain their physical and mental health throughout the trip. Please inform us of any relevant health history during registration.
- Participants must follow the tour leader's instructions for the comfort and safety of all.
- Participants are responsible for their own actions that may violate laws or local norms at the destination.
